REFUND POLICY

Due to the custom and digital nature of web development services, all payments made for services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
By engaging our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.

2. Project Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 30%–50%) is required before project commencement.
• The deposit covers initial consultation, planning, research, and resource allocation.
• Deposits are not refundable once work has started.

3. Milestone Payments

For projects divided into milestones:
• Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
• If a project is terminated midway, payment for work completed up to that date remains due.

4. Refund Eligibility
